Herbed Cheese Spread with Cucumber & Dill
Ingredients
1 8-ounce package softened cream cheese
1 0.6-ounce package Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix (or any dry Italian dressing mix)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 English cucumber, peeled & sliced thin
Dried dill, for garnish
Petite toast or crackers
Directions
Mix cream cheese, Italian dry mix and mayonnaise with a whisk or electric mixer. Spread on small toast or crackers. Top with a cucumber slice and garnish with a sprinkle of dried dill.

It is stainless steel fermented producing a clean and fresh wine, with well-balanced fruit flavors of lemon, orange peel and tangerine. Pair this dry white wine with seafood or chicken dishes with lemon zest.
Curried Cashews
Ingredients
Roasted salted cashews
Curry powder (about 1 teaspoon per 10 ounces of nuts)
Directions
In a small bowl, sprinkle cashews with curry powder to taste.
Pairing: Brys Estate 2011 Gewurtztraminer. About the wine: German-style, this semi-sweet wine has a hint of spiciness and flavors of lychee, rose petals and orange blossoms. A perfect wine with spicier foods and Asian cusine.
White Cheddar with Walnuts & Honey
Ingredients
Sharp white cheddar cheese
Toasted walnuts, finely chopped
Honey
Directions
Cut the white cheddar cheese into ½-inch cubes. Insert toothpicks, sprinkle with walnuts. and drizzle with honey.
Pairing: Brys Estate 2011 Riesling. About the wine: This well-balanced Riesling shows beautiful pear, peach and apricot aromatics. The mid-palate shows an array of stone fruits and is soft and viscous with slight citrus tones on the finish.
