The Detroit native lives in Grand Rapids where he writes about the outdoors, nature and the environment. Over two decades, self-taught photographer Ken Scott has embraced recognizing the right place at the right time, though not necessarily for the intended image, and has multiple seasonal regional books to his credit (kenscottphotography.com).
A resident of Royal Oak, avid amateur gardener and freelancer writer Ilene Wolff contributes to a wide variety of magazines and custom publications. She relishes time spent outdoors in Michigan and finds other gardeners and artists to be some of the kindest, most interesting people she knows.
